Genious! Your concept of allowing the blockbuster model to be tolerant is exactly what Affirmative Action is all about. While some might wrongfully argue that Affirmative Action went too far and it's no longer needed, the fact is that it produced its intended goal - educate the disadvantaged minority. Similarly, by giving the opportunity to what you referred to as stagnant companies the chance to succeed, the entire pool of successful companies increase, resulting into more blockbusters. Very impressive, David. Maybe you should take the advice of one of the commentator and run for office.
